We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Luton,you will lead and inspire a high-performing Inside Sales team to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales pipeline development within a fast-paced, B2B commercial environment. We’re looking for someone who has already thrived in a similar setting—someone who understands the pace, pressure, and precision needed to succeed in a sales-driven organisation.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a proactive, strategic thinker with proven experience managing inside sales operations—ideally within the hospitality, foodservice, or commercial equipment sector
Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities :
Sales & Customer Engagement

Proactively engage prospects through calls, emails, and digital channels

Qualify and nurture leads to create sales opportunities

Organise and host webinars, ensuring prompt lead follow-up

Oversee registration and coordination for live cooking events and online demos

Implement targeted lead-nurturing and email marketing campaigns

Support the Field Sales Team by generating and qualifying leads
Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a growing Inside Sales team

Conduct daily huddles, weekly team meetings, and regular 1:1 coaching sessions

Create performance plans and support career development pathways

Recruit, onboard, and train new team members in collaboration with HR

Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company targets and values
CRM & Reporting

Manage and optimise Salesforce and Marketing Cloud systems

Monitor key metrics and KPIs, and provide regular performance reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
What You’ll Bring As a Inside Sales Manager:

Minimum 5 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Telemarketing

Proven experience leading and developing sales teams

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle management

Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and webinar platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams)

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and lead generation strategies
Industry Knowledge

Background in commercial kitchens or the foodservice sector (ideal but not essential)
