Production Supervisor based in Newhaven 
 

My client are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor based in Newhaven to lead and motivate a manufacturing team within the Hygiene division. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll ensure targets for output, quality, safety, and cost are achieved while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities for th Production Supervisor based in Newhaven :

• Supervise and develop production staff to meet daily goals.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards.

• Plan and monitor production schedules and materials.

• Drive continuous improvement and efficient working practices.

• Act as lead contact in the Production Manager’s absence.
