PCB / CAD Manager – Fareham, Hampshire
I’m excited to be partnering with an innovative client who is looking to add a PCB / CAD Manager to their growing engineering team in Fareham, Hampshire. This is a fantastic job opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality electronic and mechanical designs.

Main responsibilities for the PCB / CAD Manager job:

• Schematic capture, multi-layer PCB layout and 3D CAD design (flex & rigid circuits, housings, fixtures).
• Managing part libraries and numbering systems.
• Driving design quality and efficiency, ensuring production-friendly solutions.
• Working closely with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Exploring and implementing new tools and processes to keep designs cutting-edge.

Skills and experience required for the PCB / CAD Manager job:

• A degree (or HND equivalent) in Electronics, Physics or related field.
• Proven leadership/management experience within PCB/CAD.
• Strong hands-on design skills with tools such as Altium, SolidWorks, ProE, AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do mindset.
