Octagon Recruitment Group are hiring! We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bedfordshire.
Octagon Group specialises in critical technology and engineering focused recruitment, predominantly across the UK. Having set up the business in 2018 we are proudly at a point where we have recently expanded our offices and are now looking for our next employee. As we search for very specialised engineers our role is consultative and led with a ‘headhunt’ approach. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who could fit within our Technology / Engineering focused team.
As a Recruitment Consultant you would manage a 360-recruitment desk, building and maintaining relationships with leading technology organisations, whilst sourcing and placing permanent staff.
Skills / Experience required:
- A successful track record in placing permanent staff with good on target earnings.
- Ability to manage a 360-recruitment desk.
- Capable of writing job adverts.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Experience in developing new business and building a prospective pipeline would be beneficial but not essential.
- Exposure to our-world of engineering technology (electronics, software, mechanical, production or manufacturing environments) would also be beneficial but not essential.
