APPLICATION SOFTWARE ENGINEER Web

We are seeking a motivated, proactive and creative Software Engineer, keen to learn and contribute to the development of software applications to control state-of-the-art video display, compression and networking products. You will be working with a team of highly skilled engineers who are passionate about technology, creating advanced software applications in an agile environment. You will be actively contributing your knowledge of modern software development techniques, and technology on diverse platforms.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• 3 or more years commercial software development experience.

• Proven proficiency in developing Angular web applications.

• Strong software development with JavaScript or Typescript and NodeJS..

• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, best practices and programming principles.

• Experience in web based communication services (REST APIs, HTTP, TCP/IP, Websockets.).

• Knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies and protocols for web based applications.

• Experience in developing web applications for mobile platforms.

• Expertise in frontend building, testing and profiling technologies such as Bower, Grunt, Jasmine, Karma or Protractor.

• Solid Knowledge of web communication architectures, technologies and protocols.
