New CAD Manager job available in Worth, West Sussex

A research and development organisation based in Worthing, West Sussex are looking for a CAD Manager to join their R&D department. This company designs and manufactures electronic products which are used for medical, industrial and petrochemical industries.

The CAD Manager will be responsible for supervising a small team of Mechanical CAD Engineers, Electrical CAD Engineers and PCB CAD Engineers. You will oversee the development of their CAD designs and piece these together for, working closely with customers and other engineering departments.

Skills / experience required for this CAD Manager job:

• A background in Mechanical or Electrical CAD design.
• Experience in CAD Engineering within an electronics development organisation.
• Ability to mentor, lead or manage engineers / technicians.
• Exposure to AutoCAD, Solidworks, or a similar CAD package.
