Change and Configuration Manager

Abingdon, Oxfordshire

£55,000 – £60,000

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Ensure the introduction of change in a predictable, repeatable and accountable manner

• Minimise the risk of disruption to IT services, using ITIL, DevOps and Agile methodologies

• Ensure and lead effective delivery of change through the IT Change and Configuration Management function

• Operate as the Process Owner

• Define and enforce Change Management and Configuration policies, processes, and associated procedures

• Be the custodian of the service transition lifecycle; develop and execute the Service Transition Process to lower the risk and minimise the impact of change related incidents upon service quality and improve day-to-day operations.

MUST HAVE:

• Ability to lead and deliver change

• Solid management experience

• Experience in the development, delivery and governance of change

• Experience processing Change within a DevOps and Agile environment
