We’re working with an engineering-led business seeking a Compliance & Quality Manager to take ownership of their QMS, compliance and HSE activities. You’ll work closely with engineering, production and leadership teams, playing a key role in maintaining standards, supporting audits and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities for the Compliance & Quality Manager job:
– Owning the Quality Management System (QMS)
– Leading internal audits and supporting external accreditations
– Ensuring regulatory, customer and legislative compliance
– Working with Engineering & Procurement on materials and supplier compliance
– Overseeing HSE, including COSHH and environmental responsibilities

Skills and experience for the Compliance & Quality Manager job:
– Experience in Quality, Compliance or Assurance within an engineering environment
– Strong audit and quality systems knowledge
– Confident communicator who can influence across teams
– ASQ certification a plus, not essential
