Published Description:
A leading aerospace engineering organisation are seeking multiple Contract PCB Design and Layout Engineers to join their research and development team in Edinburgh. This is a 6-month contract, with possible extension, inside IR35. 

As a PCB Design Engineer you will work in a team to design multi-layered PCBs, up to 16-layer boards. You will work with mixed-signal circuitry, RF, power supplies, and other interfaces. This will be full product life-cycle design from concept to prototype. 

Skills / Experience required: 

• Highly capable and self-proficient in multi-layer PCB design. 
• Experience with Mentor, Cadence, Altium OR similar. 
• Exposure to PCB schematics and component libraries. 
• Development of robust PCBs for harsh environments would be beneficial. 
• Experience with DxDesigner, Expedition or Valor would also be beneficial.
