Octagon Recruitment Group are currently seeking a Client Account Manager based in Letchworth Garden City for a rapidly growing technology company.

Their products go into advanced medical devices, energy efficient plane engines and next generation wind power systems.

They need someone who is confident on the phone who can build relationships with their key clients. You will receive all the technology training you need, and they will support you until you have built the relationships enough to manage them yourself.

The role…

As the Client Account Manager your role will involve the following important duties:

• Maintain regular contact with technology Clients and build strong relationships with them.

• Achieve financial and service targets.

• Increase the retention, development and profitability of designated clients.

• Develop a detailed understanding of the client organisations, creating and maintaining a dossier of key client information.

• Provide information to allow for the monitoring and management of client profitability on their own accounts.

The experience required…

As a successful Client Account Manager you will have the following:

• Experience within a similar role.

• A people person with strong relationship building skills.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.

• Computer literate.

• Able to multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

Salary: £30k – £35k per annum + benefits + bonus

Location: Letchworth Garden City

Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Remote working is available a few days a week.
