Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative job:

Build and maintain strong relationships through regular customer contact, including visits and proactive communication

Handle all aspects of customer service including quotations, order updates, and complaint resolution

Lead customer improvement projects and identify new business opportunities

Train colleagues on how to navigate and utilize customer platforms

What’s Needed for the Customer Service Representative job:
