One of my biggest clients (turnover $15b+) have set up a new office in the UK and are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join their team.

Overview of the role as a Cybersecurity Engineer:

This company is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join their growing EV team of a well-established global organization. This role will be providing network security related services for company projects, including design, management, consulting, and training.

What you will be doing in this role as a Cybersecurity Engineer:

• Provide network security related services for company projects, including design, management, consulting, training
• Perform threat analysis and risk assessment
• Design the network security scheme of the product, formulate system specifications and related design documents, and guide the development team to implement
• Track relevant European regulations and standards, and provide improvement suggestions for the company to continuously meet regulatory and customer requirements
• Responsible for the information security work of the electronic control product system, including: information security modeling and security assessment, analysis of customer information security requirements, security scheme design, document writing and implementation of security schemes, formulating and maintaining security development and testing processes

We would like you to have as a Cybersecurity Engineer:

• 5 years or above experience in C/C++ embedded software or software information security
• System architecture design ability, and able to output relevant technical documents according to project requirements
• Familiar with encryption and decryption algorithms (such as SHA256, RSA algorithms), digital signatures, key management
• Familiar with ISO21434/WP29 or relevant European automotive industry safety standards is preferred, and those who have done TARA threat analysis and modeling are preferred
• Familiar with AUTOSAR software architecture, those with Infineon AURIX related development experience are preferred
