A leading chip development organisation based in Fareham, Hampshire are seeking an Electronic Applications Engineer to join their growing team. You will be working for a renowned technology business and supporting customers globally.
As an Electronic Applications Engineer you will be providing on-site support for customers both within the UK and overseas and supporting by phone / email from the R&D office in Fareham, Hampshire when required. You will have a solid understanding of the touch screen technology and will be tuning and testing products.
Key Skills / Experience required:
- A degree in Electronics or Physics (other subjects will be considered if you can display a good understanding in the required disciplines)
- Experience of electronic circuit design
- A background in semiconductors would be advantageous
- Customer facing experience in a technical environment would be beneficial
- This job will involve regular overseas travel so a valid passport is essential
- Graduates with some relevant experience will be considered for this position
