A vacancy for an Electronics Design Engineer has become available for a company developing electronic safety products. They are a global business and continually growing their R&D facility in the West Midlands and the Electronics Design Engineer will be working on design and development projects with a multi-disciplinary R&D team.
Responsibilities of the Electronics Design Engineer job:
- Support the design and development of new and legacy products
- Actively participate in all aspects of design including circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, BOM management and New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Participate in reviews and ensure products meet technical and legislative requirements
Key skills / experience required for the Electronics Design Engineer job:
- Knowledge of analogue and digital circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, BOM management and NPI
- Experience of EMC and safety standards
- Experience of design for a regulated industry would be advantageous
Hybrid working is available with 3 days based in the office.
