We are a leading electronics technology design and manufacturer based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire and are seeking an experienced Electronics Development Engineer to join our R&D department. We have 220 employees onsite in Cambridge and we have heavily expanded this year.
New products are being conceptualised regularly and we are currently working on the development of IoT based solutions for complex electronics.
With the team we currently have in place there is a critical need for an Electronics Development Engineer. In this position you will be working on the continual compliance of products. This will involve a mix of analogue / digital circuit design and EMC testing. This job crucially sits between R&D, Project Management, and Test teams.
Skills / Experience required:
- Electronic / Hardware design skills – analogue / digital circuit design.
- Experience in working on the full product lifecycle – design, development, test, debug.
- Experience in EMC testing / TuV / CE certification would be beneficial.
- Exposure to documentation.
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplined team environment.
