NEW ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEER JOB IN SWAVESEY, CAMBRIDGESHIRE
A very exciting research and development organisation based in Swavesey, Cambridgeshire are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join their brand-new state-of-the-art offices in Swavesey, Cambridge. Due to company growth, this organisation are in the process of setting up a new office and they are looking to add talented engineers to their R&D team.
An Electronics Design Engineer is required to assist with the design and development of new and existing sensor based instrumentation. You will work on a mix of analogue and digital circuit design, as well as PCB design / layout. You will also be involved in product obsolescence – developing existing products, looking into cost reduction, etc..
Electronic Design Engineer job requirements:
- Experience in both analogue and digital circuit design.
- Ability to design products from initial concept through to prototype.
- Ability to design, test, and redesign.
- An understanding of product obsolescence, cost reduction, and component selection.
- Additional experience with PCBs, EMC testing, or microcontroller programming would be beneficial but not essentail.
