The Electronics Sustaining Engineer will be supporting the R&D team and responsible for improving the function of existing products.
Key responsibilities of the Electronics Sustaining Engineer job:
- Resolve design issues by testing and analysing recurring faults in existing products and providing solutions
- Work with other departments within the company to fix existing issues and improve future designs
- Work to targets, budgets and project timescales allocated
- Update technical documentation accordingly
Key experience / skills required for the Electronics Sustaining Engineer job:
- Previous experience in electronic design
- Knowledge of fault finding and resolution to technical problems
- Solid understanding of analogue and digital circuit design
