Our client seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to join their Quality department at our Milton Keynes site. If you have a passion for investigating and resolving failures, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities for the Electronics Technician:

• Record all customer failures and conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
• Maintain records and documentation related to customer complaints and returns.
• Report investigation findings and recommendations.
• Support the maintenance of process documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with other departments and support their activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience for the Electronics Technician:

• Basic electronics qualification is essential.
• Proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
• Computer literacy, including knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
• Desirable: Experience in soldering/electronics assembly.
• Desirable: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an electronics environment.
• Desirable: Report writing skills.
