What You’ll Do As Finance Business Partner:
- Partner with key departments to drive business initiatives and financial strategy.
- Own monthly financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Deliver real-time analytics and reporting with data-driven insights.
- Optimize working capital and collaborate with operations to improve efficiencies.
- Present financial insights to leadership and contribute to business growth.
What You’ll Bring:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of finance business partnering experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance colleagues.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
