Global SAP Support Manager

This exciting new role is working with a global technology client based near Reading, Berkshire who are designing innovative medical and power management systems that are allowing companies to reduce their energy consumption and save the planet.
The Global SAP Support Manager job is an exciting opportunity to build, shape and implement a framework and team to support the global S4 Hana System. You’ll provide leadership and oversight to the SAP S4 Hana support analysts globally to provide first line support and issue resolution within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities of the Global SAP Support Manager job:
- Accountable for S4 Hana Support and Master Data for all entities globally.
- Working with cross functional colleagues to ensure consistent adherence to S4 business processes.
- Be the point of escalation for any SAP service delivery related issues.
- Create and publish SLA reports – identify challenges and service improvement plans.
- Lead, develop and motivate a small team of support analysts to provide first line support for key business systems.
- Mentor a high-performance team by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and coaching.
Key skills / experience required for the Global SAP Support Manager job:
- Experience of providing SAP support and leading support teams.
- Sound understanding of SAP Infrastructure (On Premises as well as cloud).
- Hands on experience in at least 2 SAP modules (MM, PP, FICO, QM, SD etc) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills experience with complex project management.
- Experience of working with, leading and developing a global team.
