I’m working with an innovative Powys-based engineering company who are looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer ready to dive into real engineering work from day one.
The Role
My client offers a structured graduate program with rotations across different teams. You’ll tackle real challenges like improving product reliability, solving production issues, managing cost-reduction projects, and exploring new manufacturing technologies. This isn’t about admin tasks, it’s proper engineering work with experienced mentors providing guidance throughout.
You’ll Need
- MEng or BEng in Mechanical Engineering
- Some hands-on experience (placement, internship, or personal projects)
- 3D CAD and CAE skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Genuine curiosity and drive to learn
