A research and development team in Nottingham working on cutting edge projects in a wide range of industries are looking for a Hardware Team Lead to join their R&D department and manage the hardware engineers within the team.
You’ll join an enthusiastic team of engineers that are passionate about the work they do and will be leading the development of both well-known and specialist products for a range of clients. You will be taking projects both from initial concept stages and assist with existing design modifications.
Skills / Experience required for this Hardware Team Lead job:
- Team leadership experience
- Significant experience in the full life cycle design of embedded hardware solutions
- A background of working in a client facing job within an Engineering company
- Project management and resource planning experience for multiple projects
As the Hardware Team Lead you will be responsible for the overall hardware development and ensuring that project budgets and timelines are adhered to. You will be working with a multi-disciplined team on the development of projects for a range of industry sectors.
