We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a fantastic engineering organisation business near Worthing in West, Sussex,
As an IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support to technology and engineering organisations across the globe. This will include:

• Troubleshooting technical issues raised by end clients. 
• Using Windows Systems Administration, Active Directory, MS Office, etc. 
• Resolving helpdesk tickets mainly over email and TeamViewer. 
• Support internal and external mobile device users when required. 

We're looking for a junior level IT Support Engineer who is looking to grow in a small team environment. Experience with windows systems admin, active directory, Microsoft 365 and basic IT support skills will be required.
