Mechanical Engineer – Aerospace Electrical Machinery – job details:
You will manage and lead a team of mechanical design engineers developing electrical machinery and rotating equipment for aerospace and automotive technologies. You will project manage and ensure of product compliance, as well as managing timescales / budgets.
Experience required:
- To have a technical and academic background in mechanical design (3D CAD design).
- To have worked in Aerospace and Automotive technology (high-tolerance).
- Ability to project manage – working project approvals, dealing with stakeholders, managing costs, etc.
- Previous experience with any of the following would be beneficial but not essential: rotating machines, Siemens NX, FEA, or GD&T.
