They are leaders in designing systems and products for a variety of industries including automotive, marine and exclusively with companies like Formula 1.
The Job
Aa Mechanical Project Engineer – Catia based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, you will be able to produce product and part designs that meet customer requirements in the most effective manner while considering the capabilities of ATL and supply chain. You'll manage design projects from inception, be a technical point of contact for assigned customers or projects and ensure all commercial implications of any projects are strictly managed. You will also be liaising with the Quality and Purchasing teams to ensure project requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and met and also consider the planning of projects at all times escalating risks and concerns as necessary.
Skills required for Mechanical Project Engineer, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire:
- Experienced in CAD design using Catia V5 and/or NX designer.
- Knowledge of FIA Appendix J.
- Experience with basic and electronic metrology.
- Experienced designing part and assembly models and 2D drafts.
- Knowledge of DFMEA.
