This company develop state-of-the-art complex products and are sold all over the world. They are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year. Due to growth they are looking for an Operations Director to help drive business strategy and growth plans.
As an Operations Director you will be responsible for working with all areas of a growing organisation and be at the forefront of driving the business forward from a strategic and product development perspective. You will work closely with R&D, contract manufactures and Supply Chain to ensure correct practice and drive improvements.
The Operations Director must have:
- Proven experience working in an Operations Manager/Director position
- Experience in working with electronic products.
- Strong understanding in business strategy.
- Willingness to work closely with all departments to ensure correct process.
- Extensive experience in NPI and DFM projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an up-and-coming Operations Manager who is looking for the next step into senior management.
