As an Operations Manager you will report directly to the Operations Director and will be involved with all aspects of operations from Logistics, stock management and supply chain. This position is perfect for someone who prefers the hands on approach to their work. The successful candidate will also support all aspects of business development/improvement including ERP system development.
Skills / Experience required for the Operations Manager Job in Fareham:
- Current experience working as an Operations Manager for an engineering/technology business.
- Strong broad experience in supply chain, manufacturing and logistics.
- Engineering background would be advantageous.
- Experience in working with a electronics product would be ideal.
