A leading research and development organisation, based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, are a seeking a bright and ambitious Junior Optoelectronic Design Engineer to join their new product development team. This company has over 1,500 employees and over 70 years in the industry.
Job details: As a Junior Optoelectronic Design Engineer you will assist with the design and development of opto-electronic products, working closely with optical design and electronic design engineers. This will involve optical simulation, developing optical components, and electronic design.
Skills / Experience required:
- To have a strong academic background in optoelectronic.
- Exposure to analogue / digital circuit design.
- To have an understanding of RF / Microwave Engineering.
- Any experience in using Zemax for optical design would be beneficial but not essential.
