Order Management Co‐ordinator

Summary of Position:
The position is to provide support in satisfying the aftersales parts and repairs requirements received from my clients service teams in Europe, the US and Asia. It will be necessary to interface extensively with production, purchasing, planning, logistics and quality teams in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire to provide a coordinated and managed response to requests, issues and queries, providing a high level of excellence in customer service.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate in providing smooth, controlled spares, warranty and repair transactions to my clients internal service teams in Europe, the US and Asia. Validate the repair orders, liaise with internal stakeholders and manage the customer’s expectations by fully communicating the progress of repair with the expected ready date, and act as the main interface between the global service teams and the factory.
Monitor and ensure that all necessary actions are on track to achieve customer expectations by having continual interaction with the teams of material obtainment, kitting, production, and packing. Complete the repair process including the documentation for despatch, and financial/asset transactions via the ERP sytem.
Education & Experience:
Demonstrable experience in business administration/scheduling in a company producing highly technical manufactured products.
IT skills including Excel as well as a familiarity with Smartsheets or a similar document tracking system.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems
Minimum qualifications at GCSE level in Mathematics and English
