New PCB Design Engineer job in Watford, Hertfordshire (Hybrid office / home working available)
We are currently recruiting for a PCB Design Engineer to join a market leading research and development electronics organisation based in Watford, Hertfordshire.
The PCB Design Engineer will join a strong PCB design and layout division within a company that has nearly 40 years experience. During this period of expansion the company are looking for an engineer who can design multi-layer PCB boards incorporating radio frequency (RF), mixed-signal and digital technology. You will use Altium for your PCB development.
PCB Design Engineer skills / experience required:
- Industrial experience in multi-layer PCB design is essential.
- Previous experience in using Altium, or a similar PCB CAD tool (Zuken, Mentor Graphics, etc.).
- Multi-layer design experience, ideally 6+ layers.
- PCB layout experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Exposure to high-speed or radio frequency boards would be beneficial but not essential.
This organisation are continuously growing and are looking for engineers who want to progress into senior and principal level roles. They are offering a hybrid working structure where you can work from home 2-3 days per week, with 2-3 days in the offices in Watford.
