Requirements for the Principal Power Electronics Design Engineer:
- You will need to have experience designing AC/DC or DC/DC switch mode power supplies in your current job and must have used various topologies such as flyback, buck/boost, linear, multiphase, full/half bridge, push/pull etc.
- Knowledge of SMPS, analogue and digital design, PCB layout, EMC, electronics design is preferable.
- Ideally you will have knowledge of LLC resonant topologies.
