Purpose of the role |
To support production by developing and improving processes. To provide full process and quality engineering support with focus on “built in quality”, process control as opposed to final inspection culture. |
|
Duties and responsibilities |
To take accountability and responsibility for moulded components / overmoulded cables and ensure: –
Develop and manage Control Plans, FMEA, and Process Flow Diagrams in line with APQP standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of APQP deliverables.
Review and analyse ISIR data to identify any discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure timely submission of ISIRs to meet customer timelines and requirements.
Analyse quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
