- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Strong background in electronics, firmware or hardware/software integration
- Product validation/qualification experience within complex or regulated systems
- Confident team leadership and mentoring ability
- Strong understanding of QMS, V&V processes and PLM tools
