New Production Engineer / Supervisor job available in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
A leading design and manufacturer of equipment for the Oil & Gas industry are looking to add to their team based in Cambridge. They have sites across the UK and serve Oil & Gas organisations across the globe. Following the completion of an incredibly successful year they require an addition Production Engineer for their manufacturing division.
As a Production Engineer / Supervisor / Team Lead you will be responsible for driving all activities from new product release to shipping. You will ensure all appropriate customer requirements and company standards are applied. This will involve production documentation, BoM (Bill of Materials), production co-ordination, and monitoring budgets for parts / labour.
Production Engineer Skills / Experience required:
- A background in production engineering.
- Experience with bill of materials (BoM), production documentation, production coordination, etc.
- Demonstrable leadership skills within a production team.
- Previous experience within an Oil & Gas production / manufacturing environment would help but it is not essential.
