Producation Engineer – Enfield, London 

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Production Engineer based in Enfield, London to support and improve manufacturing processes within an electromechanical production environment. This role works closely with Design, Quality and Manufacturing to ensure products are built efficiently and right first time.

The role –  Producation Engineer – Enfield, London

• Create and maintain work instructions, operating procedures and test specifications

• Support New Product Introduction from pilot build through to full production

• Act as the link between Design and Manufacturing

• Support production equipment, jigs and fixtures

• Troubleshoot shop-floor and process issues

• Support quality investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA

• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S and Kaizen

• Provide day-to-day technical support to production teams

What we’re looking for ​​​​​​​Producation Engineer – Enfield, London

• 2+ years’ experience in production, process or manufacturing engineering

• Experience with electromechanical assemblies (PCBs, motors, wiring, sensors)

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of Lean and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D)

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)

• Practical, hands-on approach and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
