Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Manager within an electronics or RF manufacturing/assembly setting.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of ESD requirements, quality control and Health & Safety procedures.
- Experienced in production planning, scheduling and workflow optimisation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Hands-on, practical approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
