About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to working within our production facility, right at the beating heart of what we do. You will be creating and maintaining all production planning for Towcester, Hethel and Dudley sites.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generating and maintaining bill of material (BoM) for all existing and future customer orders
- Compiling and maintaining the production build plan within relevant software applications.
- Following all procedures and processes to meet day to day requirements of the business as well as quality and health and safety standards and requirements.
- Supporting the production team in achieving compliance of agreed deadlines through close collaboration
- Quickly and effectively identifying and resolving build planning issues
- Supporting the production management and technical team, in avoiding production lost hours
- Actively participating in training activities provided by the company to ensure all high quality build standards are met and continuously improved.
- Providing daily / weekly reports against plan
Education & Experience:
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- Experience of producing detailed plans for production and delivery purposes MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- Knowledge of multiple OEM and system 25 harnesses (motorsport/aerospace) DESIRED, NOT MANDATORY
- SAP software experience MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- Boyum software experience DESIRED, NOT MANDATORY
