NEW QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER BASED IN FAREHAM.
A leading technology company specialising within a range of industries such as Automotive, Medical and Industrial are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their dynamic engineering team. This role will be crucial in maintaining and improving the ISO-9001 certified quality systems, ensuring their products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Manager in Fareham.
- Lead and manage the company’s QA systems in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Conduct audits, manage reviews, and monitor customer feedback, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Support the creation, revision, and maintenance of procedures, forms, and work instructions.
- Plan and manage the internal audit schedule to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead QA efforts with customers, supporting pre-sales activities, qualifications, certifications, production deliveries, and failure analysis.
Requirements as a Quality Assurance Manager in Fareham.
- Engineering degree (or international equivalent) in Electronics, Physics, Programming, or Computer Science
- Leading internal and external quality audits.
- Experience in determining, negotiating, and implementing in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- ISO9001 accreditation and experience with quality management systems (QMS) or business management systems.
