My client specialises in delivering bespoke components which are used in innovative laser steering applications.
As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for all aspects of quality including, product, project and supplier quality. You will assist and support the business in implementing and improving new processes.
Main Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer job:
- Assist in implementation and documenting of systems required for the correct functioning and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance throughout the product development cycle
- Assist with both Internal and external audits
Skills / Experience required for this Quality Engineer job:
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role
- Must have experience in ISO9001 or ISO 14001
- Experience working in busy manufacturing facility (component manufacture would be ideal)
- Hands on approach to quality issues and problems.
- Experience in internal auditing.
