The R&D Technician will join a leading technology business at the forefront of product innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on R&D Technician to support new product development by testing and evaluating prototype designs within a collaborative engineering environment.
What the R&D Technician will be doing in their job:

Build and test prototype modules and PCBs from drawings and specifications

Execute test plans to validate product performance and reliability

Record results and create clear technical reports

Work closely with design engineers to identify and resolve technical issues
The profile of the R&D Technician:

HNC (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
-
Practical experience working safely in a 3-phase lab or similar environment
-
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
