Sales Engineer – Remote (North of England)
Location: Remote (Candidates to be based in the North of England)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (Depending on Experience) + Company Car
Corintech, an industry-leading electronics design and manufacturing company, is in an exciting period of growth and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales in the Northern territory of England, building customer relationships, and contributing to the continued success of Corintech’s expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales Expertise: understand and communicate the value of Corintech’s manufacturing and engineering services to potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead generation: identify and engage with relevant prospective new clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct effective presentations to showcase Corintech’s capabilities, product offerings, and value propositions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Remote Collaboration: Work effectively in a remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Travel: You will be required to travel within the UK, with a focus on the North of England to meet with clients and attend relevant industry events. Conduct client tours of Corintech’s factory in Hampshire and attend meetings on-site as/when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the electronics engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of electronics components, systems, and design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
