SAP Project Manager (S4/HANA)
12 Month Contract
Singapore
This is a 12 month contract with a possibility to extend. The ideal person needs to be able to travel across Asia and must speak Mandarin and English fluently.
General Overview
Project manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation, control, and completion of the S4 HANA project in the Asian Factories, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organisation. Reporting into the Project Director, with a dotted line into the S4 Project Manager, both UK based.
Responsibilities
·Implement the S4 HANA project in factories based in China
·Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
·Define tasks and required resources
·Collect and manage Asian project team
·Help to manage budget
·Allocate Asian project resources
·In co-ordination with the S4 Project Manager, create schedule and project timeline.
·Track deliverables
·Support and direct team
·Lead quality assurance
·Monitor and report on project progress
·Present to stakeholders, including Steering Committee, reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
·Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
·Evaluate and assess result of project
Education & Experience
·Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
·Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
·Experience as a project manager, ideally with an S4 HANA / SAP implementation
·Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
·Fluent in Mandarin and English
