SENIOR ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEER JOB AVAILABLE IN BEDFORDSHIRE
A market leading organisation are looking to add an Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join their growing R&D team.
This company develop state-of-the-art equipment and their complex solutions are sold all over the world. Their product lines are growing year on year and they are investing a lot of money in to new product development.
As an Senior Electronics Design Engineer you will be responsible for working on the full product life-cycle of hardware development, from concept through to manufacture. In this role you will continuously play an integral role in the development of high-performance, Electronic product.
Responsibilities for the Senior Electronics Design Engineer includes:
- Project manage conceptual designs to working prototypes.
- Generate designs based on technical specifications (including physical layout), circuit simulation and optimisation.
- Support new product introduction.
- Assist in the building of prototype electronic and control systems and testing to verify simulation.
- Participate in the creation of functional specifications and test procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in product functionality and manufacture.
To review, update, alter or redesign existing products
Qualifications and Skills needed as a Senior Electronics Design Engineer:
- Some electronic design experience
- Broad electronic hardware (analogue and digital) design skills, particularly with Embedded Systems and PIC Microcontrollers
- Be able to take the lead on projects and/or work within a team to manage designs through the systems development life cycle.
