SENIOR ELECTRONIC DESIGN ENGINEER JOB IN SILVERSTONE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
A innovate design business developing automotive technology based in Silverstone, Northamptonshire are looking for a Senior Electronic Design Engineer – Motor Control. The role will be a very hands on position with the successful candidate being fully involved in the development of bespoke complex projects from initial concept stage through to prototyping and manufacture.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Engineer – Motor Control to join a company that are renowned in their industry and take on a range of technically challenging design projects.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Electronics Design Engineer – Motor Control job:
- Lead the specification, design, production and test of electronic systems with a focus on motor control
- Working independently on short time scale projects
- Delivering on hardware and software based projects – analogue and digital electronics, C programming and some higher level languages to adjust GUI
Key skills / experience required for the Senior Electronics Design Engineer – Motor Control job:
- Motor control theory
- Experience in hardware design (power electronics, digital)
- Software development in Embedded C
- Experience of carrying out and specifying vehicle electrical / electronic control systems testing and integration
