Senior Electronics Engineer – Power Electronics job available in Singapore
A world-leading design and manufacturer of electronic products are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Engineer who is competent in electronic test, failure and root cause analysis, and participate in component life cycle to solve component related issues and activities. You will work in the company’s engineering and manufacturing facilities, in Singapore, and take responsibility for re-developing products, failure analysis and repair processes, root cause investigation, and customer reports for low-power analogue products and power supplies.

Job requirements:
- To have a background in electronic testing and development – schematics, electronic drawings, circuit design.
- Good knowledge of key components for SMPS circuit and topologies
- Identify critical and high-risk components in products. Develop and execute reliability test plans for these components
- Previous experience with power supplies is desirable
- Review and interpret all component data sheets and evaluate all components for various product applications and perform component level experiments on components (New Component and alternate source approval)
- Identify and resolve all lifecycle issues, which assist various teams to identify appropriate resources and alternative for components
