A market leading power electronics organisation are looking to add a Senior Firmware / Software Engineer to join their growing R&D team in Barnstaple, Devon.

This company develop state-of-the-art complex power supplies and are sold all over the world. They are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year. Due to growth, they are looking to add an additional Senior Firmware / Software Engineer with Power Supplies experience to their team.

As a Senior Firmware / Software Engineer you will be responsible for working on the full product life cycle of software for embedded systems, from concept through to manufacture. In this role you will continuously play an integral role in the development of high-performance, real-time embedded product. You will have some leadership responsibility and will direct the workload of graduate and junior embedded software engineers.

The Senior Firmware / Software Engineer must have:

Degree in Computer Science or Electronics (Preferred)

Experience in Embedded software programming (Essential)

Experience in power supply or motor control or robotics experience.(Preferred)

Experience in DSP (Preferred)

Ideally some experience in C++ (Preferred)
