NEW SENIOR PCB DESIGN ENGINEER JOB AVAILABLE IN EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND

A Senior PCB Design Engineer job is now available for a leading R&D technology company involved in the design and manufacture of very complex electro-mechanical devices. With more and more projects coming in there is a need for a Senior PCB Design Engineer to join their team in Edinburgh, Scotland. You will work on PCB design, DFx and electronic interconnect design. As the Senior PCB Design Engineer, you will work closely with Project Management and lead all PCB related project activities.

This job is a fantastic opportunity to design complex electronics which are used in hospitals, aircrafts, supercomputers, and a lot more!

Skills and Experience required:

• A strong background in multi-layered PCB design, using a relevant CAD package (Cadence, Allegro, Altium, Eagle, etc.).
• Experience in working on project plans and working closely with electronic design engineers.
• Ability to speak to customers and support proposals development.
• Experience in working on DFx (Design for Excellence), Lean Sigma methodologies, would be beneficial but not essential.
