Are you ready to take the helm of innovation in the industry? My client who are leaders in power conversion technology are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead their product portfolio. As a key member of their Global Product Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their products.

Our client dreams big, since their founding over 50 years ago they’ve thrived globally, operating in over 30 countries. As a leading provider of power systems for renewable and industrial applications they’ve built strong relationships with customers worldwide, spanning commercial and industrial applications.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the product strategy for their line.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the strategic product roadmap for their products.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to stay ahead of emerging trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Define pricing strategies and monitor product pricing in the market.
• Drive successful product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Collaborate on effective global and regional marketing campaigns.
• Analyse product performance, sales trends, and customer satisfaction for data-driven decisions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to keep products competitive and compliant.
• Be a global marketing ambassador, adding value across the organization.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Marketing or Product Management qualification is advantageous.
