Role overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Global Product Management team and lead our HVAC product portfolio.

As a Product Manager at Control Techniques, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our HVAC product offering.
You will be responsible for designing and driving the product strategy, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our products in the HVAC market.
You will work in close cooperation with Business Development in our global headquarter and worldwide locations to identify areas of growth and deliver the business objectives.
As a senior member of the team, you will also contribute to establishing and fostering best practices and creating a culture of excellence within the Product Management function.
Key job Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic product roadmap for our HVAC product line.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to develop innovative HVAC products tailored to clients’ requirements.
- Pricing: Define pricing strategies and monitor product pricing in the market.
- Product Launch: Drive product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams for successful go-to-market strategies.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the other global and regional marketing functions to develop effective campaigns and communications.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse product performance, sales trends, and customer satisfaction to make data-driven decisions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.
- Brand Ambassador: Be an ambassador for global marketing; strive to add value for the wider organisation and for affiliates, driving marketing excellence across the organization.
- Leadership: Be a leader; manage projects and meetings effectively, using authority and influence appropriately and building relationships with stakeholders
Travel Requirements:
- Regular international travel.
- Travel will likely include overnight stays and attending meetings out of hours.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Marketing or Product Management qualification is a plus.
Experience
- Proven Product Management experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of profit and loss management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal with numerous tasks of changing priority.
- Knowledge of HVAC technologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements (desirable).
- International marketing experience (desirable).
