Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA’s for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical.
We are searching for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our clients dynamic team in Andover. This is a hands-on role supporting production, engineering, and new product introduction (NPI) through technical leadership and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities as a Senior Quality Engineer in Andover.
- Act as the primary contact for customer quality issues, complaints, and audit requests
- Lead the analysis and resolution of returned goods and product failures
- Support and improve our Quality Management System (ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485)
- Produce detailed reports, manage CAPAs and 8Ds, and communicate change requests
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions across the manufacturing process
- Coach and lead junior quality staff with a hands-on and collaborative approach
Requirements as a Senior Quality Engineer in Andover.
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
- A relevant degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience dealing with customer complaints, audits, and root cause analysis
